Creativity, Inspiration, and Tea Talks with Anja Schu Schu. Teaura needed a spike in traffic due to a decrease in sales. I rebranded the whole website and interviewed a popular Swiss influencer on her lifestyle and love for tea. The article increased the number of new clients by 5%.

Everything You Need to Know About Black Tea. The decrease in sales affected brand loyalty, so we needed a swift return of our previous clients. This exhaustive article about Black Tea decreased churn rates, and customers returned to order from our Shopify store.

Examples of Instagram posts I published on Teaura’s account. After the website rebranding, we needed to increase engagement and bring back customers. The posts had our buyer persona in mind and focused on the relationship between tea and daily activities that bring joy.

May and June Monthly Newsletters. At Carts Guru, I managed a team of 5 people. In light of the company’s upcoming new product and its launch campaign, which I also coordinated, I wrote and sent monthly email campaigns to our audience.

Voiceter Pro & Restb.ai. The personalizable and relatable approach of this customer story increased awareness of the start-up’s innovative yet still unknown technology. Lead generation doubled after the launch of Restb.ai’s case study section.

Computer Vision for Real Estate. This thought leadership content is one of the first pieces of long-form content I wrote. The E-book raised the number of inbound leads by 25% and conversion rates by 5%. Special thanks to Monika, the designer I worked with back then :).
University Dissertations

Tinder in the City. For my MSc dissertation, I explored Tinder dynamics within bigger cities. The focus was on Manchester and the types of relationships Tinder creates or helps to maintain within a greater, more complex urban space. Findings showed that users relied on Tinder to meet and discover new people and places, especially when they were new comers in the city.

It’s a match! My BA dissertation, exploring the ways in which Tinder, the dating app, affects relationships in Lancaster, a British student town. The findings show that people easily formed relationships through the app, especially because of the small size of the town. This proved to be both a curse and a blessing.
